snoozefestaudioOnly 28F out there this morning, but sunny for once, and no wind. I was out in the back yard with my furry friends by 11:11AM, so... still holding off a Standard Time relapse.
I called about the Aquadale midshift position. Some woman answered... I think she just works in the office at the high school. She got my first name and phone number and said she'd pass it on.
A bit more informal than I was expecting.
I tried looking on the GeoStaff job listings, but it's not there. Not surprising, as most company's look internally first, before posting positions publicly.
Maybe I should call Tony tonight, and see if he can put in a good word for me.

Not feeling up to doing much more this morning. It's only workday two of DST, and we've been in this cold snap.
But I did take the garbage bins out to the curb, and I did get paid. The checks a little bigger than normal, which is encouraging.
Tomorrow it's back up to 48F, and we'll stay in the 40s the rest of the week, so I should be back on the horse tomorrow.
