King of Clubs

62F and partly cloudy tonight.
Today was; payday, King of Clubs, and the start of Dynamax battles in Pokemon Go.
And for folks in the old neighborhood, it was garbage night.
Driving by the house tonight I saw both bins on the curb, overfilled with flooring boxes.
They're long boxes, and I'm guessing it's faux wood vinyl tiles that were glued down.
So, it'll look like a normal hardwood floor.
If it was the thicker interlocking planks, the boxes would've been a lot deeper.
And I never saw any evidence of plywood underlayment having been installed, so I'm guessing they just patched up the existing wood floors and poured leveler over them before gluing down the vinyl.
Again, it's exactly what I was planning to do... only with sheet vinyl.
I slept with my watch on last night and it still had more than enough charge to get through the day.
It reported that I got 6.5 hours of, "very good," sleep.
If I can start getting to sleep by 3AM instead of 4AM, I'll be getting 7.5 hours a night... and can afford to get up an hour early when it's necessary.
Cuz I felt fine all day today.
The watch bands were here when I got home tonight... but they don't have the diconnect buttons... they came with little pins.
So... the green one is on now, but I won't be swappin them out to match outfits.
But it's an elastic watch band, which makes the watch easier to put on and take off.
As for Dynamax battles... that's the big new thing Pokemon Go just began rolling out over the weekend.
Today was the first day you could actualy battle a Dynamax pokemon at a power spot.
The Wendy's across the road from PVHS was a power spot, so I went there on my break to do the battle, and I'm glad I did, because they end at 9PM, so I wouldn't have been able to do one after work, any night this week.
Okay, that's the Tuesday report.
I'm just happy we're finally into the last week of summer.
