77F and partly cloudy this afternoon.

I'm writing this sentence from the 11th floor of Allerton Tower... connecting to the internet via WiFi, with the window air conditioner cooling the apartment!

I was finished getting all my stuff up here by 1:30PM, after which I returned the U-Haul and retrieved my car from the supermarket parking lot.

I then went to City Hall and paid for a parking pass... then parked in the garage... then got food from the Subway at the base of the parking garage... then walked back here!

And now I'm unpacking, but my first priority was to get this computer up and running.
