41F and cloudy this morning.
I was outside with Yvette at 10:50AM, and with Snoop, we hung out in the yard for close to an hour, but so far, no process server.
Also no reply from Stephany, but I wasn't really expecting one so soon.
The BMO lawyers, on the other hand, still have not sent a payoff demand, which I've been waiting on since last week.
So... basically nothing has happened.
Today is one full year at Cloud.
In that time, four co-workers have quit... so now I feel like the old timer in the building.
The damn process server never showed today!
Apparently they're hired by the attorneys so... I'm starting to think he's been instructed to hide from ME!
Because BMO wants to get an automatic judgement against me in my absence.
I can't make the court date, if I don't know where or when it is.
What other excuse is there for this guy to just ghost today?
