Keeping Busy

30F and overcast today.

The new snow in the back yard had a crunchy crust over it.

InstaCart was delivered and put away.

And the bins are back in the dog yard.

I got to thinking at work last night that I didn't like the green and black version of the TwinCat logo... and that it should be the same colors as the studio itself...



So I revised it to this, late last night, and then uploaded it to my new TikTok for the studio.

But I also found and installed a freeware video editor called, OpenShot.

And last night, I used it to create my first content for the TwinCat YouTube channel...

Making a simple video like this is pretty easy.

The time consuming part is just doing the lyrics.

But I am glad I could add lyrics, as the song plays.

As I get more experience with this app, the presentations will get better... so it makes sense to upload the oldest recordings first.

That way, the most primitive presentations are for the most primitive recordings.

I should be able to upload these same YouTube videos to the TikTok eventually... though TikTok will need me to make a lot of native content first, before they trust that something off a third party platform is really mine.

Likewise, I should be able to upload any TikToks I make, to YouTube.

So... anyways... I've got plenty to keep me busy during the week, when I'm not in the studio.

Well, I made it through my Wednesday.

Stopped on the way back home to fill the tank.

Now I'm gonna edit a video of the various tiktoks about creating the studio over November and December... and upload it to YouTube.

I'll embed it below when I'm done.
